These Terms explain the rules for accounts, business data, AI features and the industry community, and define the responsibilities of users and the operator.

Content and account measures should be necessary and reviewable
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern the MooYeah website, workspace, industry community and related APIs. Checking the acceptance box at registration or continuing to use the service means that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. The operator’s legal identity, registered address and registration number must be completed and legally reviewed before commercial launch.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for business professionals with legal capacity and is not directed to children. Account information must remain accurate. You must protect your email, password and verification devices and must not sell, rent or share accounts or evade security, single-session or membership controls. Notify the operator promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Service and changes
MooYeah provides company discovery, lead management, follow-up planning, AI-assisted drafting, data import/export and an opt-in industry community. Test, free and preview features may change or end. Material reductions to paid services or other changes with significant user impact will be notified as required by applicable law.
4. User data and lawful sources
You retain lawful rights in content you upload and grant the operator only the permission necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. You must have a lawful basis to collect, use and upload company, contact, email, document and other data and must respect privacy, personal information, trade secrets, intellectual property and contractual duties. When a user submits supply/demand information and separately accepts publication, only administrator-verified standard company fields enter the shared AI Discovery library; additional supporting materials are review-only. State secrets, unlawfully obtained data, malware and unauthorized sensitive information are prohibited.
5. AI and human review
AI-generated company candidates, emails, summaries and actions may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They are supporting information, not legal, regulatory, medical, financial, quality, compliance or purchasing advice. Human verification is required before outreach, pricing, contracting, product use or regulatory decisions. AI may not be used for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation or infringement.
6. Community rules
Community profiles, posts and location display are opt-in. Illegal, false, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, sexual, violent or abusive content, malicious marketing, and disclosure of another person’s privacy or trade secrets are prohibited. Following a report, legal duty or reasonable safety assessment, the operator may restrict or remove content, suspend community access and preserve required evidence.
7. Intellectual property
The software, interface, marks, documentation and original operator content are protected. Except where law permits or written permission is granted, users may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, bypass technical controls, build a competing database or impair the service. Rights in AI output depend on applicable law, inputs and provider rules; exclusivity and non-similarity are not guaranteed.
8. Membership, payments and referral rewards
The membership page presents monthly, quarterly and annual USD plans and accepts one-time payments through PayPal-hosted checkout. A user must currently email the PayPal transaction ID from the registered address so an administrator can verify it and convert the account; the existing buttons do not auto-renew and a browser success page never activates membership by itself. AI Discovery and AI Assistant share each plan's token quota. An administrator may send an eligible existing account a personal referral link. If an invited person registers through it and the account remains eligible for five minutes, the referrer may receive three membership days and 3,000,000 billed AI tokens. No more than ten rewards may be issued in a rolling 30-day period. Self-referrals, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible registrations receive no reward, and incorrectly issued credit may be reversed. Links expire after 90 days; the program may change or end subject to applicable law and reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Availability and third parties
The service may depend on AI, email, verification, map or payment providers. Reasonable continuity and security measures are used, but uninterrupted operation and permanent third-party availability are not guaranteed. Maintenance, serious failures and security incidents will be communicated where legally required and reasonably practicable.
10. Suspension, termination and data
Necessary and proportionate restrictions may apply to unlawful conduct, infringement, security risk, material breach or unpaid clearly agreed fees, with reasons and appeal paths where law requires. Users may stop using or request account deletion. Deletion, archives, logs and backups follow the Privacy Policy and applicable legal duties.
11. Responsibility
The operator remains responsible for matters reasonably within its control and does not exclude liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, personal injury or any liability that law does not allow to be limited. The responsible party bears loss caused by unverified AI output, unlawful data sources, unauthorized commitments or unlawful use. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Law, disputes and updates
The laws legally applicable at the operator’s location govern these Terms. Please first contact info@mooyeah.com to seek an amicable resolution. Unresolved disputes will follow the forum published before launch or a court with jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Material updates will be prominently notified, and changes requiring renewed consent will not rely solely on continued browsing.
